02What we collect
We only collect the data you give us through the quote or contact form, by email, phone or Viber:
- name and company;
- email address and phone number;
- the content of your enquiry – chosen products, quantities, deadlines, message;
- files you attach (for example a logo).
No account is needed, we do not collect payment details and we use no tracking or advertising tools.
03Purposes and legal basis
- Preparing a quote and answering your enquiry – steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the consent you give in the form (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Fulfilling an order – contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Invoicing and accounting – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Protecting the site against abuse and technical faults – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we never sell it.
04How long we keep it
- Enquiries that did not lead to an order – up to 2 years after our last contact.
- Order and invoice data – for the periods required by Bulgarian accounting and tax law.
- Attached files (logos, artwork) – as long as needed for the order or repeat orders, unless you ask us to delete them.
05Who we share it with
Only the Gifts ABV team can access your data. We use trusted providers (processors) that handle it only on our instructions:
- Vercel Inc. – website hosting. Its servers automatically log technical data (IP address, browser, page visited) for security and operation.
- Web3Forms – delivers what you send through the form to our mailbox.
- Our email provider.
- Courier companies – name, phone and address when we ship an order.
- Our accountant and public authorities – where the law requires it.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers rely on appropriate GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
06Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- give you access to the data we hold about you;
- correct inaccurate data;
- erase it ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict processing;
- port your data;
- stop processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw your consent – without affecting processing before the withdrawal.

You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP): 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
07Security
The site runs entirely over HTTPS and has no database of its own – enquiries go straight to our mailbox. Only the staff working on your quote can access them.
